Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Applications Analyst I - Ambulatory/Beacon to join our Ambulatory Applications team. The role supports Epic Beacon across the portfolio, working in a hybrid schedule in Skokie, Warrenville, or Arlington Heights, IL.

You will design, implement, test, and document software solutions while resolving incidents and contributing to workflow improvements. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree and 1+ year healthcare experience, with familiarity in Epic modules and

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science, business management or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Exposure to Epic Ambulatory or Epic Beacon.
• Knowledge of project management, Agile, SDLC, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, documenting, configuring, implementing and testing software/application solutions.
• Resolve routine system incidents and requests for assigned tickets, escalating when needed.
• Participate in vendor calls on issues/upgrades.
• Test software/application solutions and contribute to process improvement.
• Prepare documentation, tip sheets and reports.
• Participate in integrated workgroups/projects.
• Stay updated on trends and innovations in relevant technologies.
• Other duties as assigned
