Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an Epic Analyst III - Prelude to provide daily support, lead configuration, and mentor analysts within a physician-led, collaborative team.

You will own Epic modules, manage upgrades, investigate complex issues, and coordinate data reporting for executives. A Prelude certification and healthcare IT experience are required; strong SQL/HL7 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in Prelude.
• Experience with documentation, workflow design and product configuration in a healthcare organization.
• Actively participate and able to lead in all project phases including design, build and validation, implementation and optimization.
• Knowledge of technical applications and interfaces typically used in health care environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, HL7, X12 or other healthcare languages/standards.
• Ability to apply judgment and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with outpatient physician office workflows.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while working under pressure and meeting multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational support and system updates (40%).
• I&T ownership of 3+ Epic Modules or related Application Systems.
• Lead testing, release notes review, and workflow updates for upgrades.
• Mentor and coach Epic analysis on problem resolution efforts.
• Provide on-call support.
• Coordinate and lead system enhancement projects and issue resolution.
