The position emphasizes leading the project lifecycle, aligning business needs with Epic resources, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication. Expect 3 days in the Sterling, IL office and 2 days remote, with travel within driving distance.

Qualifications

• Provide coordination, communication, and oversight for Epic applications in defined areas.
• Directly manage an application analyst team of seven analysts.
• Coordinate with Epic staff and business stakeholders to align project deliverables.
• Maintain scope, schedule, and quality for current and future Epic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a support contact for the Epic area and identify issues.
• Guide workflow design, build, testing, and troubleshooting of Epic software.
• Serve as liaison between organizational needs and Epic staff.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and internal teams.
• Oversee weekly status meetings, milestones, budget, and resource planning.
• Own cross-application efforts spanning initiatives like continuity, cutover, and hospital outpatient modules.
