Engage Partners Inc. is actively seeking an Epic Application Manager for Ambulatory in a hybrid, full-time role in Illinois.

The position oversees applications within the Epic suite and manages the application analyst team, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality across current and future systems. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management and project management experience, with Epic Certification in Ambulatory preferred and experience with Epic Clinical modules such as Ambulatory,

Qualifications

• Min 2 yrs of management experience and project management required.
• Epic Certification in Ambulatory preferred.
• Must have experience with Epic Clinical modules such as Ambulatory, Willow, Healthy Planet, or Beacon.
• Ability to build relationships between operations and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination, communication, and oversight for applications within an assigned Epic area.
• Direct management of the application analyst team.
• Maintain scope, schedule, and quality of work for current and future systems.
• Guide workflow design, build and testing of the system and analyze related technical issues.
• Set clear expectations for team members and define project phases, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Advise and coach team members and provide guidance on issues and lessons learned.
• Participate in training and work with end users.
• Develop understanding of operational needs to direct organizational workflows.

Immediate opening for a hybrid perm, full-time Epic Application Manager, Ambulatory. Location: IL/CST Time Zone. Salary: $105-156K + Full Benefits.

• Min 2 yrs of management experience and project management required.
• Epic Certification in Ambulatory preferred.
• Must have experience with Epic Clinical modules such as Ambulatory, Willow, Healthy Planet, or Beacon.
• We are seeking someone who can build relationships between the operations team and IT Team.
• Main scope: Provide coordination, communication, and oversight for applications within an assigned area of the Epic system as well as direct management of the application analyst team.
• Will help to maintain the scope, schedule, and quality of the work in specific application area or team in current and future systems.
• Will guide workflow design, build and testing of the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software
• Set clear expectations for team members, including defining what they should do at each phase of projects, upgrades, and maintenance
• Advise and coach team members by providing guidance on issues, key success factors, and lessons learned etc.
• Participate in training and work with end users
• Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
