Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Applications to lead Epic ASAP, Acute Clinical Systems, and the Epic Environment function. You will guide the full lifecycle of solutions from planning to deployment, optimizing workflows and aligning technology with patient care goals.

The role requires 3+ years managing healthcare applications, Epic certification, and strong leadership; hybrid work in Illinois with occasional travel to corporate locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Epic certification preferred.
• Experience leading healthcare IT applications and Epic applications teams.
• Strong communication, analytical and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and leads teams for high performance.
• Provides guidance for solution implementation including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and support.
• Establishes relationships with domain leaders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Leads governance committees and collaborates with stakeholders on priorities and workload.
• Partners with other leaders to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates with vendors to ensure systems meet organizational needs.
• Maintains data governance and security policies and procedures.
