Job summary

Network Health is seeking a Manager of Epic Applications to lead and coach the team responsible for maintaining the Epic system, reporting, and analytics builds within a hybrid Wisconsin setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operational stakeholders, prioritization, and ensuring system stability. You will guide workflow design, testing, and data delivery while managing multiple priorities and after-hours on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of leadership, coaching, and development experience.
• 1+ years relevant experience with Epic.
• Healthcare or health insurance background required.
• Current certification in appropriate Epic modules as required

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic department employees and contractors, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Define and delegate work responsibilities with clear expectations and outcomes.
• Monitor department operations against performance goals and implement process improvements.
• Oversee triage of analytics needs and corresponding build.
• Establish and enforce processes for data requests including testing, publishing and validation.
• Guide workflow design, building, testing the Epic system and related technical issues.
• Ensure stability and performance of assigned applications across workflows and integrations.
• Organize and complete projects on time according to prioritization.
• Provide timely responses to business needs as defined by the business owner.
• Perform reviews of content and workflows for foundation build and operational requests.
