Job summary

CGH Medical Center in Sterling, IL seeks an experienced Epic Applications Manager to coordinate, lead, and deliver complex Epic projects across Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, Lumens and OpTime/Anesthesia modules.

You will manage an application analyst team, align work with business goals, and ensure timely upgrades and issue resolution while coordinating with Epic staff and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Clinical or healthcare experience required.
• Management experience strongly preferred.
• Position will be expected to become certified in at least one of the application areas within 3 months of Epic corporate training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, communicate, and oversee Epic applications in the assigned area.
• Manage the application analyst team and beaker, radiant, cupid, Lumens, and OpTime/anesthesia.
• Set expectations and define project phases for upgrades and maintenance.
• Ensure business stakeholders are engaged and informed.
• Guide workflow design, build, testing, and issue analysis for Epic.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic and end users.
