Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead multiple enterprise projects and optimize clinical information systems. The role requires Epic application certifications and Lean Green Belt capability, with a focus on guiding teammates and coordinating with vendors.

The selected candidate will influence project outcomes, participate in cross-functional teams, and drive workflow improvements while maintaining a strong service mindset within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Application certification(s); if additional certifications required for a specific role/team, ability to achieve, as required by department.
• Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve, as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary advisor to team members and organizational staff; assist new staff and integrate into the team.
• Lead multiple projects and strategic initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Own and optimize workflows and document procedures; coordinate with vendors and departments.
