Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for assigned Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support builds, upgrades, implementations, testing and validation to maintain stability.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT and finance teams to improve workflows and resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in project planning, define milestones and coordinate tasks to meet timelines.
