Xtensys is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst – Stork to join our remote team. You will provide system-level support for Epic applications, collaborating with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant solutions.

You will manage installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing optimization of assigned modules, leveraging your Epic Stork certification and healthcare IT knowledge to improve workflows and user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in health IT preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Active Epic certification in the assigned application/module (Epic Stork) is required.
• Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, building, or maintaining healthcare applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide intermediate-level, system-level support for Epic applications and related environments.
• Install, configure, test, train, maintain, and support assigned applications.
• Lead and participate in project planning, milestones, and work plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Translate business and end-user needs into technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and escalate when needed.
