Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party tools. Analysts work from entry to expert levels, lead projects, mentor teammates, and support patient safety initiatives.

The role is remote with Eastern business hours, some travel for Go-Live training, and requires Epic certification status and a 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Equity in on-call coverage and service excellence are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and testing vendor-packaged software or healthcare applications.
• Epic experience with current training status or certification required for levels 2–4.
• Role involves project management, system analysis, and business process reengineering.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic applications and related third-party systems.
• Lead system analysis projects and mentor junior analysts across levels.
• Ensure patient safety and quality initiatives through system improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage on-call support during go-live events.
