Qualifications

• Experience with Epic and related healthcare applications.
• Ability to map, analyze, and translate requirements into system specifications.
• Strong documentation and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic workflows.
• Prepare business requirements documentation with diagrams and models.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical design specifications.
• Perform system configuration to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts; support end-user testing.
• Create training materials and train end-users and trainers.
• Communicate project status and manage upgrade schedules.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
