Job summary

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and have about 3 years of IT/clinical experience with business process mapping, requirements, and testing. Epic certification within 6 months is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic workflows in Imaging Services.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs and review with users.
• Develop test plans and validate system performance.
• Provide training materials and user training as appropriate.
