Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Epic analyst/implementation professional to support workflow analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation for Epic applications. The role is remote with on-call responsibilities and daytime hours (8:00am-5:00pm, Monday–Friday) and no visa sponsorship.

You will map business processes, develop test plans, train users, and maintain user manuals while coordinating with clinical and IT teams across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes using BPM techniques and industry standards.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements using diagrams and data models to present analysis.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements.
• Develop test plans and test scripts to validate functionality.
• Lead testing cycles and track issues to resolution.
• Create training materials and train users as appropriate to project needs.
• Explain application functions to users and support ongoing usage.
• Develop and maintain product documentation including workflows and troubleshooting guidelines.
