Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, defining requirements, acceptance testing and documentation.
• Obtain EPIC certification within 6 months and maintain annual educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Map, measure, and improve clinical and business processes for Epic apps.
• Prepare business requirements docs using diagrams, data flows, data models.
• Translate user requirements into functional specs and prioritize requirements.
• Configure systems to meet business needs.
• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; conduct UAT and track results.
• Create training materials and train end-users.
