Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT/Clinical Analyst to optimize Epic workflows within Imaging Services in a fully remote, dayshift role. The position requires mapping and analyzing processes, translating user requirements into specifications, and collaborating with health care users and vendors.

You will develop test plans, create training materials, and oversee changes while balancing multiple requests. This full-time role includes on-call responsibilities and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years in IT or clinical environments with business process mapping and analysis.
• Experience translating user requirements into system specifications and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic workflows for imaging services.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes.
• Prepare documentation using data flow and process diagrams.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Develop test plans and test scripts to validate performance.
• Provide training materials and end-user training as needed.
• Communicate status and upgrades to clinic users; manage multiple requests.
