Job summary

Xtensys is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst – Stork to support and deliver Epic applications in a healthcare setting. You will manage installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system performance.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, contribute to project planning, and participate in an on-call rotation as required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Active Epic certification in the assigned application/module (Epic Stork) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare information technology or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation to maintain functionality and stability.
• Investigate and resolve application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Gather business, clinical, and financial requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Provide end-user training and support, promoting application proficiency and clear communication.
• Lead and participate in project planning, establish goals, and coordinate tasks to meet milestones.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve application functionality and stay updated on best practices.
