Job summary

Xtensys is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst – ASAP to join our remote Ithaca team. You will provide intermediate system-level support for Epic applications, including installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing maintenance.

Reporting to the Application Manager, you’ll translate clinical and financial requirements into technical solutions, support lifecycle activities, and collaborate across IT, clinical and operations teams to ensure reliable delivery and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare IT or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
Required: Epic ASAP certification; preferred: Care Everywhere certification.
3+ years in healthcare/technology or related industry with hands-on Epic experience.

Responsibilities

Provide system-level support for Epic applications including installation, configuration and maintenance.
Lead lifecycle activities: builds, upgrades, testing, validation and implementations.
Translate clinical/financial requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with IT, clinical, operations and training to ensure effective application use.
Plan projects, set milestones, manage tasks, and communicate status and risks.
Provide end-user training and on-call support; pursue continuous improvement.
