Xtensys is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst for a remote, US-based role. You will provide intermediate-level support for Epic applications, including installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing delivery.

You will work with clinical, operational, financial, and IT teams to implement effective technical solutions and ensure project milestones are met. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service, with travel up to 25% and a compensation range

Formación

3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
Active Epic certification in the assigned application/module (ASAP).
Care Everywhere certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT or related field.

Responsabilidades

Provide system-level support for Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Support Epic builds, upgrades, testing, and validation to maintain functionality and stability.
Lead or participate in project planning, establish milestones and work plans.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, IT teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
Provide end-user training and support to promote application proficiency.
Participate in on-call rotation to support system stability.
