Job summary

Xtensys seeks an Epic Applications Analyst – Grand Central Patient Access to support and deliver Epic-based solutions within a health-system environment. You will work with clinical, financial, and IT teams to install, configure, test, and maintain Epic applications, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.

You will translate requirements into technical solutions, contribute to project planning, and help drive initiatives from inception to go-live while providing high-quality customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Experience with Epic application build and configuration.
• Active Epic certification in the assigned module (Epic Grand Central).

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for assigned Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation to maintain system functionality and stability.
• Gather and translate business, clinical, and financial requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, IT, and other application teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Lead and participate in project planning, milestones, and work plans to meet timelines.
