Qualifications

• Understanding of workflows in at least one central application area.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to complex technical problems across applications.
• Design and build system configurations to meet user needs.
• Collect user information and define system scope and objectives; conduct feasibility studies.
• Write system and configuration specifications for implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation to guide users and support system operations.
• Lead design sessions with end-users and cross-functional teams.
