Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, Information Systems or Business Management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a certified Epic analyst.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required; Kaleidoscope preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Epic clinical, financial, and administrative applications.
• Assist in workflow assessment and process re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Develop reports and analyses; troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
