  • Designs and builds system solutions meeting user needs within the org's IS architecture.
  • Collects information from users, defines scope and objectives, conducts feasibility studies.
  • Writes system and configuration specs and maintains technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoots application issues, coordinates vendor service requests and upgrades.
  • Leads design sessions with end-users and cross-functional teams.
  • Adheres to system standards and best practices.
