Job summary

UAB Medicine's Health System Information Services (HSIS) team is seeking a skilled IT professional to participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of software critical to healthcare operations. You will maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and optimize performance to ensure systems effectively support clinical workflows.

With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and healthcare application support experience, you will engage in on-call duties,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and six years of healthcare application support experience.
• Epic certification in area of support or certification obtained within 12 weeks of completing Epic training with no more than two testing attempts.

Responsibilities

• To participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of software critical to healthcare operations.
• To maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
