Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking an experienced IT/Clinical Systems Analyst to design and implement Epic-based solutions across multiple applications. You will coordinate with clinicians, IT staff and vendors to ensure alignment with strategic goals while maintaining data integrity and system availability.

Responsibilities include supporting multiple projects, conducting requirements analysis, and communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
Typically requires 5 years in IT or clinical environment.
EPIC certification within 6 months and ongoing renewal.

Responsibilities

Designs and develops solutions for moderate to complex business needs by gathering data and evaluating systems.
Assists with conversion and operational planning for multiple projects; manages training when applicable.
Coordinates with Epic and 3rd party apps to align designs with strategic direction.
Performs and supports all phases of systems analysis including testing and maintenance.
Communicates complex requirements clearly to users and teams, and provides training as needed.
Serves as liaison between business and IT to deliver technical solutions meeting user needs.
Analyzes operations to identify automation opportunities and feasibility of buy vs. build decisions.
Prepares project plans, timelines and budgets; ensures on-time delivery within budget.
