Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a qualified Epic PB & Claims Analyst to support the Revenue Cycle Applications team. You will configure, test, and train users to maximize Epic workflow efficiency across clinical and business processes.

You will work with clinicians and staff to document procedures, assist in testing, and support upgrades. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, with Epic certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: typically 1 year in automated laboratory and/or business systems.
• Must obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and leadership to modify procedures due to Epic workflow changes.
• Lead testing and user training; document changes and quality control.
• Identify post-implementation issues and communicate patterns to senior analysts.
• Maintain documentation and assist in upgrades and version management.
• Support scheduling and management of Epic application upgrades.
