Responsibilities

Develop and modify procedures due to workflow changes related to Epic applications.
Explain Epic applications to users and assist with full functionality.
Assist with testing, training, and evaluation; track progress and issues.
Document workflows, user manuals, and change/quality control records.
Monitor post-implementation problems and communicate patterns to leadership.
Maintain product documentation and assist with upgrades and interface enhancements.
