Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Senior Epic Client System Administrator to ensure reliable Epic application access across clinical and operational environments. The role centers on configuring Epic components, supporting daily operations, and leading complex changes.

The position requires 6+ years in Healthcare IT with Epic Client Systems, strong scripting with PowerShell, and cloud experience in Azure. The role is full-time on-site with a typical 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
6+ years in Healthcare IT in an Epic Client Systems role.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and collaboration skills.
Experience with Windows Server, Epic client tools, and cloud workflows.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Epic components including Hyperspace and related tools.
Support daily operations of Epic client systems and web/service servers.
Troubleshoot system issues, performance problems, and integration failures.
Participate in cloud migration tasks and endpoint updates.
Collaborate with technical leads, application teams, and infrastructure teams.
Mentor up-and-coming team members and lead projects.
Articulate solutions effectively to project teams and executives.
Manage large initiatives and complex changes.
