The role focuses on delivering hands-on EPIC training to clinical and administrative staff, developing materials, and ensuring go-live readiness with ongoing updates and support across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years Health IT experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of EPIC EHR software experience.
• Minimum 1 year in an instructor/teaching role; ESA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, role-based EPIC training sessions for clinical and administrative staff.
• Develop training materials, user guides, quick reference tools, and e-learning resources.
• Collaborate with EPIC analysts, super users, and department leaders to tailor learning programs.
• Support new-hire onboarding and go-live readiness across assigned departments.
• Conduct post-training assessments and provide additional support as needed.
• Provide ongoing education on system updates or changes in workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of EPIC application functionality and best practices.
• Participate in testing and validation activities for EPIC upgrades and new implementations.
• Provide in-person support during go-live and system transitions.
• Cross-train to assist end users with IT-related issues.
