Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows for data accuracy and usability.
• Provide in-depth support for multiple Epic modules.
• Manage small to medium Epic projects across modules.
• Train end-users and offer ongoing support.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Document system changes and updates.
