Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable Epic configuration and interfaces, ensuring data integrity, security, and SLA adherence across revenue cycle and patient care processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Healthcare Admin or equivalent with 1–3 years in system analysis in healthcare.
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows.
• Familiar with ITIL, SDLC, change control and project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and design Epic build aligned to goals.
• Develop test plans (unit, integration, UAT) and log defects with evidence.
• Create and maintain system docs, configurations, and support procedures.
• Coordinate release management, environment moves, and downtime procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and operations on cross-application workflows and data integrity.
