Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care seeks an Epic Analyst in Hermiston, OR, to design, configure, and maintain Epic applications across multiple modules. You will collaborate with clinical leadership, IT, and vendors to align workflows with clinical needs and ensure reliable system performance.

The role requires an Epic certification, at least three years of Epic build experience, and strong communication skills. On-site work with employer-paid health benefits, and opportunities for training and growth

Qualifications

• Associate degree minimum required in a related field.
• Epic certification in at least one Epic application.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct Epic build experience as an Epic Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical leadership, staff, and IT teams to design and configure Epic workflows.
• Analyze operational workflows to ensure system functionality aligns with clinical needs.
• Provide in-depth support for Epic applications (EpicCare Inpatient, ASAP, OpTime, Radiant, MyChart, Stork, Cadence).
• Handle specifications, analyze existing logic, and revise configurations as needed.
• Manage small to medium Epic module projects with timely execution.
• Participate in system testing and end-user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues; participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
