Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Systems Analyst Epic to support design, build, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support of Epic applications. You'll translate business requirements into reliable Epic configurations and reporting to optimize patient care, revenue cycle operations, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Healthcare Administration or related field; healthcare IT experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in system/application analysis, support, or related IT experience (healthcare environment preferred).
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of system/application analysis, support, or related IT experience (healthcare environment preferred).
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change control, SDLC practices, and project methodologies (waterfall/agile).
• Strong requirements gathering, workflow design, testing, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and map current-state workflows.
• Configure Epic build according to approved design and manage releases.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and user training; ensure regression coverage.
