Job summary

The University of Toledo seeks an Epic Principal Trainer-Ambulatory Systems to lead education and training programs for end users, super users, and trainers within the Ambulatory Systems domain. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive education through structured programs and hands-on training to ensure system proficiency and operational excellence.

The candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Ambulatory, and a strong background in clinical/operational workflows in ambulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or related field required; equivalent healthcare IT/ambulatory ops experience considered.
• 3–5 years in healthcare, ambulatory clinical settings, population health or health information management.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Ambulatory systems and understanding of clinical/operational workflows in ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Lead training initiatives for end users, super users and trainers within Ambulatory Systems.
• Deliver education through structured programs and hands-on training to ensure system proficiency.
• Ensure training development and execution cover all phases and support operational excellence.
