Avance Care is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Trainer to support Training, development of curriculum in partnership with subject matter experts, and coordination of training communications to ensure new and existing team members succeed. You will collect feedback to modify ambulatory training needs and support Epic-related workflows across multiple NC locations.

Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer (PT) certificate required.
• 2–4 years of healthcare or training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience developing and delivering diverse training programs.
• Familiarity with Epic workflows is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement training programs and content with stakeholders.
• Identify future clinical training needs and build ambulatory curriculum.
• Coordinate training communication to ensure successful rollout.
• Answer Epic-related charting and workflow questions with staff.
• Maintain Epic training content in SharePoint and learning dashboards.
• Provide monthly and upgrade training to managers, staff, and stakeholders.
