Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user training on Epic Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope applications.
• Develop training plans, lesson plans, curricula, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Lead training delivery, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with analysts on changes and new features for training strategies.
• Review training alignment with business/clinical needs and stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain training environments and participate in on-call scheduling.
