Job summary

Health Choice Network, Inc. is seeking a Principal Trainer, Epic Ambulatory to lead training, workflow optimization, reporting, and user adoption across the organization.

This full-time, remote role focuses on Epic expertise, program delivery, and data-driven improvement. You will develop training materials, maintain Epic training environments, analyze trends, and partner with operations and IT teams to drive impactful Epic workflows and user success nationwide.

Qualifications

• EpicCare Ambulatory Principal Trainer Certification is required.
• Epic Training Environment Build Certification is required.
• Experience supporting Epic Playground environments.
• Experience using Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.
• Experience in ambulatory healthcare operations.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience creating training materials and workflow documentation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Training & Education and develop training programs for providers and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, tips sheets, job aids, and workflow documentation.
• Facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
• Support onboarding, ongoing education, and optimization initiatives.
