enGen seeks an Epic analyst to configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. This role covers business and systems analysis, requirements definition, documentation, design, and problem resolution.

You will communicate with end-users to understand issues, implement solutions, and support environments. Requires 3 years of Epic modules administration, an Associate’s degree (or 2 years relevant work experience in lieu), and Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Substitution: 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Preferred: Epic Ambulatory

Responsabilités

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Performs workflow analysis and documents user experience.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows, fixes issues, and implements new technologies.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects, updating stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
