Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training or IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Participates in pre-production simulations, workflow integration, testing, and validation of system functionality.
• Provides end-user training on clinical system applications.
• Develops training project plans to meet implementation deadlines.
• Develops lesson plans, manuals, exercises, and e-learning modules for staff.
• Participates in go-live activities including production.
• Collaborates with analysts on application changes and new features to train staff.
• Reviews stakeholder interactions to ensure training meets needs.
• Monitors project status with leadership; troubleshoots training environments.
