University of Miami is seeking an Epic Principal Trainer for the Master Training Environment (MST) Build Specialist. The role leads training design, environment builds, and delivery for Epic clinical systems supporting patient care.

You will oversee Curriculum development, manuals, and e-learning while ensuring alignment with policies and quality standards. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, EpicCare Ambulatory certifications preferred, and 3+ years in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• EpicCare Ambulatory Certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare training experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers end-user training for clinical systems.
• Designs curricula, lesson plans and e-learning materials.
• Collaborates with analysts on training changes and deployments.
• Maintains training environment builds and validates workflows.
• Supports on-call duties and training operations as needed.
