Job summary

North Oaks Health System in Hammond, LA seeks an Epic Analyst - Ambulatory to design, build, upgrade and optimize Epic Ambulatory modules. You will maintain environments, test changes, and support end-user training and training materials to ensure effective use of the system.

The role requires one year of outpatient/Epic Ambulatory experience, strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Travel to offsite locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year recent outpatient clinic experience or Epic Ambulatory equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Strong ability to review technical information.
• Excellent communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Builds, optimizes and maintains Epic Ambulatory modules across environments (test/training/production).
• Organizes and prioritizes build activities with IT and department leadership.
• Interacts with stakeholders to translate workflows into system designs.
• Tests builds and documents results for change control.
• Delivers training materials and end-user training for designated applications.
