Qualificações

• 1 year of Revenue Cycle experience related to: billing, patient access, or HIM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including strong Excel skills.
• High aptitude for review and comprehension of technical information.
• Excellent communication skills (e.g. public speaking, meeting facilitation and presentations).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades

• Builds optimizes and maintains designated applications in all designated environments (e.g. test, training, production).
• Organizes and prioritizes application build activities in collaboration with I.T. department leadership and respective department leadership throughout health system.
• Understand hardware integration concepts to demonstrate hardware use and build supporting workflows; identify integration opportunities and issues.
• Assist in ensuring participation of appropriate clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in build activities.
• Interface with leadership and subject matter experts to translate knowledge into system design and materials.
• Maintain competency and pursue learning opportunities related to the Epic application.
• Attend training and complete related projects to obtain/certify skills.
• Provide input and translate future-state workflows into system design.
• Follow naming conventions and security classifications in builds.
• Test builds and document results for change control.
• Review update documentation and provide insights for project strategy.
• Demonstrate system functionality as needed.
• Serve as application support and SME; resolve issues.
• Liaise with EMR vendors and third parties as directed.
• Document status/progress to IT leadership and others.
• Complete work on schedule with high quality.
• Improve patient safety, quality, and privacy compliance.
• Understand Epic system capabilities to leverage functionality.
• Present information clearly to groups.
• Troubleshoot, research and suggest resolutions.
• Stay updated on changes in technology and standards.
• Contribute to education module workflow design and training materials.
• Create high-quality training system builds and classroom plans.
• Deliver training to end-user groups across skill levels.
• Follow change control procedures; travel to offsite locations as needed.
• Organize meetings, training, testing, and logistics.
• Provide end-user training and credentials for trainers.
• Comply with hospital policies and guidelines.
