ClinDCast, LLC in New York, NY is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Epic Ambulatory module, ensuring efficient outpatient clinical workflows.

You will collaborate with clinicians and operational teams, analyze workflows, develop reports, and provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory certification (preferred).
• 3+ years of Epic application support experience.
• Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
