Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support the design, build, configuration, testing, and maintenance of EpicCare Ambulatory and outpatient clinical applications. The role will collaborate with end users and stakeholders to implement workflows, enhancements, upgrades, and application solutions while providing ongoing production support.

Qualifications

3+ years of Epic Ambulatory experience.
Active Epic Ambulatory certification.
Completed Epic CEE requirements.
Strong experience with Epic Ambulatory build, configuration, testing, support, and training.
Knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory workflows.
Collaborate with end users to analyze requirements and implement enhancements.
Lead small to medium Epic upgrades and workflow initiatives.
Participate in design, testing, and validation phases.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
Provide production support and on-call coverage as required.
Develop and maintain training documentation.
