Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Epic Ambulatory experience.
• Active Epic Ambulatory certification.
• Completed Epic CEE requirements.
• Strong experience with Epic Ambulatory build, configuration, testing, support, and training.
• Knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, configure, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory workflows.
• Collaborate with end users to analyze requirements and implement enhancements.
• Lead small to medium Epic upgrades and workflow initiatives.
• Participate in design, testing, and validation phases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Provide production support and on-call coverage as required.
• Develop and maintain training documentation.
