TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join a faith-based healthcare environment in Baton Rouge. You will design, configure, and support Epic systems to optimize clinical workflows and care delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Information Services and end users to craft cost-effective system specifications. The position requires Epic certification and 3+ years of Epic analysis experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare professional background.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience as an Epic Certified analyst.
• 5 years of Information Systems System Application experience or 7 years in healthcare, clinical, or business operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years as a licensed healthcare clinical professional.
• Epic Certification.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate vision development, solution design, and project scoping for Epic systems.
• Evaluate technology capabilities and analyze workflow to create efficient solutions.
• Plan, schedule, and perform analysis, design, testing, and implementation of technology systems.
• Collaborate with Information Services and end users to develop cost-effective system specifications.
• Develop and implement data-driven performance improvement methodologies.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and privacy in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Stay current with trends through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.
• Utilize project management methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
