Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support the hospital network's EPIC EHR in ambulatory settings.

The role emphasizes workflow analysis, configuration, and user support to enhance patient care and system reliability. The position requires Epic Ambulatory Certification, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 2–5+ years with large hospital applications.

Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Certification required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years experience with large hospital applications/systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ambulatory operational support, ongoing maintenance and configuration of the EPIC EHR to support Mount Sinai's goals.
• Communicate with end users to understand issues and develop solutions.
• Participate in upgrades, integrations, and configuration of new functionality within EPIC Ambulatory.
• Contribute to design, configuration, testing and administration of EPIC systems.
• Assist in training content development and user proctoring as necessary.
• Support downtime testing and routine issue resolution with the IT team.
