Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Ambulatory + Behavioral Health Analyst for a 3 month staff augmentation opportunity. The role focuses on production support for Epic Ambulatory and BH applications, troubleshooting incidents, and enhancing workflows to meet clinical needs.

The candidate will build, test, and maintain Ambulatory and BH workflows, collaborate with end users to translate requirements into solutions, and participate in testing and change management activities.

Qualifications

Epic Ambulatory Analyst experience required.
Experience supporting Behavioral Health workflows in Epic.
Epic Ambulatory certification preferred.
Working knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for Epic Ambulatory and Behavioral Health applications, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests.
Build, test, and maintain Ambulatory and Behavioral Health workflows, including SmartTools, templates, and visit navigators.
Partner with clinical and operational end users to gather requirements and turn them into system solutions.
Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing for fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
Document build, configuration changes, and workflow decisions.
Participate in change management and upgrade activities.
