Job summary

RES seeks a Construction Manager to lead site activities and support Project Managers in delivering client projects from start to substantial completion. You will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives on site.

Candidates should have a strong EPC/project management background, familiarity with P6, Procore, and QA/QC processes, and willingness to travel to project sites. This role is based in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years EPC/Construction Management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 75–100%.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
• Lead site safety, quality, and environmental management on construction sites.
• Manage permits, subcontractors, and vendor invoices; oversee RFI process.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and client representatives on site.
