Job summary

Res Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead site operations on our projects, partnering with Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver client value from start to substantial completion.

You'll drive safety, quality and environmental programs, manage scope with subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, and provide clear communication with stakeholders daily. Travel is required and previous EPC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with key stakeholders and supports Project Managers to deliver client value.
• Supports Project Superintendent at site to drive construction from Start to Substantial Completion.
• Tracks progress and implements HSE/QMS/EMS at site and coordinates subcontracted work.
