Buhlmann North America LP, based in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to expand our presence in the North American EPC market. You will leverage an established network to win projects and build strategic relationships with customers and vendors.

Collaborating with international product teams and procurement, you will help craft bids, source suppliers when needed, and drive long-term growth.

Formación

• Must have proven track record with EPCs and fabricators.
• 5–10 years in project management, sales management, or purchasing.
• Self-motivated and able to work outside of a traditional office.
• Ability to close deals with internal and external partners.
• Strong project management skills to monitor ongoing projects.
• Ability to resolve issues and ensure contract compliance.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Cross-border collaboration and cultural awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage sales experience and networks to grow North American EPC market.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Work with international product teams and procurement to generate bids.
• Research and source suppliers as needed.
• Contribute to and own business and sales plans for the North America EPC business.
• Acquire new customers while managing existing accounts for growth.
